iPM Group dream of new horizons

Before establishing his own consulting practice, Leh gained over two decades of experience in organisational development, human resources management projects and learning & development education. He has a special interest in consultancy and facilitation in performance management, project management, organisational systems review & change management, emotional intelligence, leadership/management and team development.

Leh's background includes several years as a psychotherapist within the community and public mental-health sector. This background and his extensive background as an organisational development consultant enable Leh to bring a unique perspective and approach to his work with clients and enterprises. Further, this approach empowers his clients to challenge the traditional cultures and paradigms from which they operate.

He is a Life Fellow of the 'Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM)'; Fellow of the 'Association of Project Management (UK)'; Certified Professional 'Australian Human Resources Institute'; and Certified Practicing Project Director., Consultant & Assessor GPM .

He is the former President & Chair of the Board of Directors; 'Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), former Vice President of the ‘International Project Management Association (IPMA)’ and Chair of the National Professional Development Council; Member of the Institute of Neuro-Leadership, former Victorian State President of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a MAHIR.

Leh has authored several texts and learning texts & packages on management and leadership, performance management, coaching and mentoring, emotional intelligence and project management; and holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in behavioural/social sciences, management, adult/vocational education and project management.
